We combine storytelling, creative movement, age‑appropriate yoga poses and guided relaxation. It’s secular, evidence‑informed and designed to suit each age band (2–5, 6-12).

Our weekly classes give children a safe, nurturing space to move their bodies, explore their emotions, and have fun. Each session blends yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and creative play to help kids feel grounded and confident in their everyday lives.

Friendly, affordable sessions in local parks, community halls and yoga studios. Perfect for first-timers.
What to expect
Welcome circle → story & movement → breathing tools and mindful games → quiet rest. Mats provided (or BYO). Parents are welcome to join the edges and encourage.

We begin with a short chat about goals (e.g., bedtime wind-downs, focus for homework, big-feelings tools). Then we tailor a playful programme with a simple home practice.
