Why this work matters

Big feelings, busy days, and constant change are part of growing up — for children and teens alike.

Erika’s sessions offer practical, age-appropriate tools — breath, movement, imagination, and rest — to help young people regulate emotions, build focus, and feel calm and confident in themselves.

How our sessions work

A warm, inclusive space where children and teens move, breathe, imagine, and relax.

Each session blends creative movement, mindfulness, and age-appropriate yoga practices — from playful storytelling and games for younger kids to breathwork, strength, and mindset activities for tweens and teens.

Creative, mindful sequences to support focus, coordination, and body awareness
Gentle breathwork to calm busy minds and settle emotions
Collaborative activities that build kindness, confidence, and connection
Relaxing finishes so every student leaves feeling calm, centred, and proud

  • Clear, supportive language that students can follow and apply

  • Collaborative activities that build empathy, respect, and teamwork
