About Erika
Erika Romano is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and children’s yoga and mindfulness educator with a Master’s in Public Communication and a Bachelor’s in Communication Science. With more than 12 years of personal yoga practice, Erika has completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, as well as specialist training in Kids’ Yoga and Early Years Yoga.
Her teaching combines a caring, playful and methodical approach with age-appropriate yoga, mindfulness and emotional wellbeing practices. Erika is passionate about helping children develop body awareness, emotional awareness and practical tools to support calm, confidence and self-regulation.
Before moving into children’s wellbeing, Erika worked in operational management and event organisation in the business consulting sector in Italy. This experience continues to shape her professional approach, with a strong focus on organisation, punctual delivery and clear communication when working with early learning centres, schools, educators and families.
