The challenges we help with

Big feelings. Restless bodies. Stress and change. Focusing at school. Finding calm before sleep or study.

Yoga and mindfulness turn these everyday challenges into lifelong skills — breathing, balance, focus, body awareness, and emotional regulation — through mindful movement, creative expression, and practical emotional education designed for children and teens aged 3–17.

How our sessions work

A warm, inclusive space where children and teens move, breathe, imagine, and relax.
Each session blends creative movement, mindfulness, and age-appropriate yoga practices — from playful storytelling and games for younger kids to breathwork, strength, and mindset activities for tweens and teens.

Our programs are secular, evidence-informed, and thoughtfully designed to support each age group (3–6, 7–12, 13–17) in building confidence, focus, and emotional resilience.

✅ Playful or mindful movement sequences to build attention, coordination, and body awareness
Breathwork and grounding techniques to settle busy minds and emotions
Collaborative activities that nurture kindness, teamwork, and self-confidence
Relaxing finishes so every student leaves feeling calm, centred, and proud

    - Body awareness (what feels safe; how to move well)

  • - Calming skills for big feelings (self‑soothing breath, naming emotions)
    - Confidence and self‑esteem through achievable challenges
    - Smoother transitions (class changeovers, bedtime wind‑downs)

  • - Improved attention and working memory through focus practices
    - Readiness to learn and follow instructions
    - Practical tools for test/exam nerves in older children

  • - Co‑operation and empathy via partner/group games
    - Respect, turn‑taking and celebrating effort
    - Language for kindness—to self and others
